How long is shipping?
Shipping depends on your location. We sometimes have customers report that shipping is as early as 1-2 weeks time, but normally shipping takes about 3 to 4 weeks from the date you order.
Can I track my shipping?
Yes, your shipping comes with a tracking number so that you can sit back and relax while knowing the item is being sent to you! You can track it through our 'TRACK YOUR ORDER' page.
How much is shipping to my country?
For normal items and sale items, standard international shipping is FREE.
At Quibble, sometimes we run fun promotions which will require you to pay a small shipping fee. The shipping fee will be stated in the promotion.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Most of our customers have reported having no issues with parcels being stuck at Customs and there are usually no additional duties and taxes.
However, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.
We are required by law to state the full value of your order for customs purposes.
For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for clarification. You still may be subjected to duties and taxes at the Customs in the event your parcel is being withheld there. Do keep us in the loop (firstname.lastname@example.org) if this comes to pass, and we'll assist you as far as we can!
Is there any warranties / guarantees on the product?

The style/size/color I want is out of stock! when will you be restocking?
At Quibble we source our products from participating merchants; it is really hard to say when will they get it back again. However, please let us know what products are you looking for and we will be more than happy to double check for you!

We are sorry things didn't turn out as what you expected! You may return the item to us at our office in London, United Kingdom.
